Hi all...I took delivery of my new heart cutters and impression mats this week. So decided late last night to whip up a batch of super scrummy chocolate cupcakes and experiment with my new tools!!

Here they are!!!!

Cupcake Decorating Class!

This is a perfect class for beginners. Places are going fast so be sure to book your place to learn the tricks of the trade, so you too can create gorgeous, professionally decorated cupcakes!

You will learn to pipe butter cream swirls, work with sugarpaste creating beautiful handmade blossom flowers and butterflies and sprinkle to your hearts content with glitters and other fun cupcake toppings.

All materials and equipment are provided. You will put your decorating skills to work on 6 freshly baked cupcakes which you will take home in a cute cupcake box to show off to your friends and family.

Class dates - 7th June, 28th June & 19th July, 7:30 - 9:30pm

Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Classes are £25 for 2 hours with a £10 deposit required at time of booking to secure place. To book please ring Heather 078434 85500 or email heatherscupcakes@hotmail.co.uk

Cupcakes & Champagne

I was asked last minute to create pink and girly cupcakes to accompany a pink champagne 21st birthday party.

I created these delish chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream adorned with pretty pink & chocolate flowers, hearts and butterflies. Added a few sparkles here and there and a sprinkle of glitter...

French Knots Open Day

Popped along to my friend Jo Jonston's craft studio in Sale today. Jo owns French Knots Craft Studio (upstairs at Amanda Bloom Hairdressing) and was running a charity open day today. I provided a few tasty cupcake samples for the crafters to enjoy while making their bracelets. It was a wonderful success!!
